Little Elm / Event tents & site shelter

Event tents & site shelter
Start with the footprint, then the details.

Share the event use, expected attendance, surface and available space. Discuss anchoring permissions, clearances and the installation window, and check the venue requirements. Keep tent circulation separate from vehicles and include a practical route to restrooms and handwashing in the overall event layout.

Make the setup work

Plan the details before delivery.

Share the event use, expected attendance, surface and available space. Discuss anchoring permissions, clearances and the installation window, and check the venue requirements. Keep tent circulation separate from vehicles and include a practical route to restrooms and handwashing in the overall event layout.

Talk through the site

Explain how the equipment will be used, who will use it and how the property is accessed. Share a marked photograph or site plan where the placement is difficult to describe. Identify gates, overhead obstructions, slopes and any surface restrictions. The usable approach matters as much as the space occupied by the equipment.

Coordinate the other rentals

A project may have restrooms, waste containers, fencing and storage arriving at different times. Keep a shared plan for entrances, placement and service access so one delivery does not obstruct another. Nominate a contact who can answer site questions and agree changes before equipment is moved.

Confirm the scope

Before booking, confirm the actual equipment specification, the rental period and what delivery, servicing and collection include. Discuss utilities, supplies, site permissions and any responsibilities that remain with the customer. A quote request alone is not a reservation or an assurance that a particular model is available.

Keep the plan current

Tell the rental contact when the dates, usage or site access change. A longer rental and an additional service visit are separate arrangements to discuss. Keep the collection approach clear until the rental has been removed and avoid repositioning equipment without an agreed plan.

Confirm, then prepare the site

Agree the equipment and schedule directly. Before arrival, keep the approach clear and ensure the on-site contact knows the chosen position. If conditions change, raise the issue before the delivery or service visit rather than improvising a move.
