Give the driver the usable entrance
If the delivery point is behind the property, identify the gate that actually reaches it. A mailing address can lead to a front door while the usable approach is somewhere else. Include a pin or a short description of the driveway, the on-site contact and any gate opening hours. Discuss soft ground, low branches and tight turns before a delivery is arranged. A toilet location is only useful if both the placement vehicle and the service vehicle can reach it.
Let the work schedule set the service plan
For a crew, describe the busiest shift rather than only the number of people usually on the property. Tell us whether subcontractors overlap, whether work continues over a weekend and how long the project is expected to last. Standard units and separate handwashing can be discussed together. Ask what servicing is included and how an additional visit would be arranged if the headcount changes. Keeping this clear at the start is easier than changing a plan after the site is busy.
Keep guest access separate from equipment traffic
For a family gathering or outdoor event, think through the walk from parking to the activity and then to the restrooms. Toilets should be easy to find without putting a queue into a driveway. Ask about accessible units early and consider the entire route, not only the doorway. If the gathering continues after daylight, include lighting in your own site plan and keep temporary cables out of walking paths.
Close the rental with a clear handover
Before pickup, leave the approach open and let the contact know if vehicles, material stacks or locked gates have changed access. Do not move a unit with site equipment. If the rental needs to continue, request an extension before the agreed collection date; an extension and an extra service visit are separate things to confirm.
What a useful Aubrey inquiry includes
Include the actual site address rather than only the city name, your preferred dates, the largest number of people using the facilities at once and an estimate of rental duration. Mention working permanent restrooms, guest accessibility needs and any restriction on vehicle access.
Ask for equipment, service arrangements and collection to be confirmed before relying on the setup. The venue or property manager should also check placement permissions and local requirements. This guide is rental planning information, not a statement that a site has already been approved.
